In July 2023, Yunessun underwent its first major renovation since its opening to create Hakone’s first “flowing pool.”

※The Yunessun is not fully barrier-free. Please note that there are steps and stairs throughout.

- Before visiting Yunessun, we will provide you with wristbands at the hotel counter.
*Even when planning to visit Yunessun prior to check-in, please come to the hotel first instead of going directly to Yunessun.
The WAY TO YUNESSUN From the hotel to Yunessun
- Exit the hotel and cross at the crosswalk to get to Hakone Kowakien Yunessan. (Approx. 3 min on foot) The entrance gate is located on the 4th floor of Yunessun.
ENTERING YUNESSUN Entering Yunessun
- Be sure to bring the wristband provided by the hotel to be able to enter without waiting in line even when Yunessun is crowded.
FREE RENTAL Free lending of towels and loungewear
- Towels and loungewear are provided after entering the facility. (Available free of charge)
*Towels (one bath towel and one face towel) and loungewear are free for up to one person.
(The second towel and the second or later will incur an additional charge. *250 yen per bath towel, 150 yen per face towel, and 200 yen per loungewear, all including tax.)
Payment Please pay at Yunessun
- Please be sure to pay for any food and beverages you enjoyed at Yunessun before leaving.
*It is not possible to charge the bill to your hotel room.
Parking Parking Information for Guests Coming by Car

Please use the hotel parking lot. You can take the shuttle bus or walk to Yunessun from the hotel (about 3 minutes).
■Use of Yunessun after check-out
After checking out, please use the parking lot of Yunessun (parking fees apply).
